It could be Bible study, it could be music, it could be singing, it could be a walk in the woods. There are endless things, but I want to know what it is that helps you to be attentive to yourself, to be attentive to those around you, and most importantly, to be attentive to God. To remember the question is not whether or not God is present. The question is, are we?
