“Adopted as Children of God”

I don't know what it is exactly you may be longing for today. It can be hard to be honest about our own deepest desires, but I pray we will all take comfort in knowing that God does know. As we pray in the collect for purity, to God all hearts are open, all desires known and from God no secrets are hid. And so in the meantime of our exodus may we discover that our deepest longings, our holy longings in the name of our desire, is God.
