Oasis

From fall throughout the spring we offer a weekly program on Wednesday nights called Oasis.

Oasis offers supper, music programs for children, youth, and adults, Christian formation for children, and occasional offerings for adults.

Dinner is served every Wednesday night we have Oasis, even when we do not have a special event. Dinner is $5 per child 12 and under, $7 ages 13 and up, or $20 per family.

This fall Oasis will be held through December 13.  There is no Oasis on November 22 (Thanksgiving week). Oasis will begin again January 10, 2018.

We would love your help!

We'd love your help twice a year setting up or cleaning up from our Wednesday Oasis dinner! Dinner is free for those who jump in to our regular rotation!

What is involved?

Set-up is from 4:45pm - 6:45pm Wednesday nights: responsibilities include setting out food and drinks (buffet style) and taking up money.
Cleanup is from 6:00pm to 7:30pm: responsibilities include helping to clear and put dishes in the dishwasher, wiping down tables, and package leftovers for our Mercy Meal ministry.

Contact Janet Guest or Julie Jurotich to sign up!

Programs this fall

  • Adult choir

The adult choir sings at the 11:00 service on Sundays (September through June) and rehearses in the choir room Wednesday evenings from 6:45 to 8:45 (September through May). The choir loves to sing together, fellowship together and - most importantly - to serve God together.

  • Nursery

The nursery is only open during Oasis on nights when we have special programs. This fall it will be open from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 1 and Dec. 6.

  • Children

All three levels of atria are open from 6:00-7:30 p.m. each Wednesday when Oasis takes place.

  • Children and Youth music

Do you have a child who loves to sing?  All children ages three and up are invited to serve God in His church by offering special music for some of our services throughout the year.

  • Youth

Oasis offers youth the opportunity to take a break mid-week to connect with God and their friends at All Saints. Youth will gather for dinner with the whole parish in the Great Hall, then have the option of attending Youth Choir if they are a member, or going up to the youth rooms for Study Hall before small group time.
